Hello,
I actually have the same problem like Farshad, but I was not that clever to understand my lag of AutohotKey. So,-
Could anybody please explain me what I have to do (step by step) in order to get my console not just open once?

THANKS

I actually found my issue. my lack of knowledge of AutoHotKey :-)

I just inserted your script with title changes so the title matched. now it is all fine and dandy.

once again many thanks for your nice write up on this.

Thanks for the info. was quite helpful. I have my Console up and running with cygwin (actually using zsh instead of bash).

The AutoHotKey part did not work for me which is a shame but not as critical yet.
After running CygTERM I can only open it using F12 ONCE. After that it does not respond i.e. it does not hide the console nor does it start another one if i close the console (as if it never returns).

many thanks!

ps i started zsh like this:
bash --login -c zsh --login -i
